Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept sick clients of any kind. If you’re sick, please contact us to reschedule. We’ll get you back in the book as soon as possible. If that means cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, so be it. Don’t worry. All cancellation fees will be waived during this time to ensure that our salon is a safe environment for everyone.

Distancing and Guests

Because the salon will be limited to a maximum number of occupants at a time, only the client receiving the service will be permitted in the salon. Maintain a distance of 6 feet from others in the lobby area at all times.

Face Masks & Gloves

All clients and stylists must wear a protective facial mask in the salon. We recommended that clients wear an ear loop mask and gloves. We ask that you bring your own protective items to your appointment. We will have extras on hand for those that need them.

Sanitizing

Our salon is well stocked with hand sanitizers, wipes and cleaning products. All common areas and high touch surfaces will be disinfected on a rigorous schedule. We will thoroughly sanitize each station, capes and tools before the arrival of each client. We apologize in advance for any disruption.

Hand Washing

Our stylists will wash their hands for 20 seconds before each service, and they will ask each client to do the same.
